Exhibitions at Hopkins Art Center

Two new painting exhibitions, “New Myths” by Harold Martin and “Birds on Canvas” by Eric Cornett, are premiering at the Hopkins Art Center. Gallery is open 8 a.m. –8 pm Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Saturday, noon– 5 p.m. Sunday. 952.979.1101.

Classical Pianist Leon Bates

Leon Bates is considered one of America’s leading pianists. He has performed across the United States and all over the world. In recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Bates has put together a special solo performance featuring iconic works by famous African-American composers. 952.979.1111.

Books Alive!

St. Louis Park Reader’s Theater collaborates with Maggie’s Farm Theater and the St. Louis Park Senior Program to bring books to life through theatrical oral readings.
