All Jersey Mike’s locations make sandwiches in the tradition that made them a success. “Every Jersey Mike’s sub is made to order, fresh-sliced or fresh-grilled for each customer,” says co-owner Michael McGuire, “just like they were 57 years ago.”

Owner Mari Anderson thinks Beek’s success lies in its commitment to tradition. “Beek’s is richly steeped in the traditions and memories of our customers,” says Anderson, “It’s in the same location it has always been.
