For those who have some wine knowledge and are looking for an intermediate-level, Erpelding recommends The Wine Bible by Karen MacNeill and Wine Geek, The World Atlas of Wine 8th Edition, Hugh Johnson & Jancis Robinson, another text she uses in her wine professional course.
